Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy. It is a request to be notified about the Cosmic 01 release. It does not reserve a stick, guarantee availability or fix a price. Product details, specifications, imagery, pricing and release timing shown on this site are indicative and may change before release.

Please give accurate details that belong to you. How we handle them is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Buying
Nothing is sold through this site at present. When sales open, separate terms of sale will apply, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The MacGregor Smith Hockey and Cosmic names, logos, designs, imagery and copy on this site belong to GB PTP Ltd or its licensors. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
Liability
We provide this site as it is and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
